Privacy policy.
What we collect
When you join our email list, we collect your email address, signup timestamp and email delivery and unsubscribe records. If you contact us, we receive the information you include. Stripe checkout collects the contact, delivery, billing and payment information needed to process your order.
Customer help chat
Our automated FAQ chat answers common questions using SVNT information. Chat messages stay in your browser while the page is open and are not automatically sent to SVNT or an external AI service. To contact the team, use the email or WhatsApp link. The WhatsApp button opens a draft conversation; messages are sent only when you choose to send them in WhatsApp. Information you choose to send is then received by SVNT and processed by the messaging provider.
How we use it
We use your details to manage signups, send SVNT welcome and launch emails, process orders, provide customer support and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Waitlist signups are available to the SVNT founder for managing the list.
Services that help us
Our website uses hosted website and database services. Email delivery may use Resend and Gmail; purchases are handled through Stripe, payment providers and delivery partners; Shopify may also hold records from earlier orders. Order details necessary for fulfilment may be shared with fulfilment partners. Those services may process information outside Australia. Their own privacy notices explain their processing and locations.
Email preferences
You can unsubscribe using the link in SVNT marketing emails, or contact us to ask to stop receiving them. Order and support messages may still be needed to manage a purchase.
Website measurement & partner referrals
We count page views, checkout clicks and new email signups by day, page, product and marketing campaign. These are aggregate counts: we do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, full browsing URLs or payment details in these website counters. Page views are not unique visitor counts and may include automated traffic. Temporary referral details in your browser tab help us carry campaign and partner information through to checkout. Stripe checkout may include a partner referral label to help us credit partners. Completed purchases are recorded by Stripe separately.
Local currency display
We use the approximate country supplied by our website host to suggest a display currency. If this is unavailable, we may use your browser’s language and time zone. This does not request precise location access. Currency preferences you choose are saved in your browser. Exchange rates are fetched by our server without sending your IP address to the rate provider. Converted website prices are estimates; Stripe confirms the final payment currency and amount.
Cookies & checkout
Stripe and payment services may use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, security and localisation. Your browser allows you to manage cookies; disabling them may affect checkout.
Access, correction & complaints
Email tanya@svntskin.com.au to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or order-related purposes. We will respond to privacy concerns and explain the next steps.

Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date. This policy covers the current website and store; the upcoming app will have its own information about how it handles data.
